The easiest option is to reload on our home page (www.carrefour.eu/mobile) a Carrefour Mobile phone number of your choice.
Another option is to log in to the ” My Account ” of the SIM card holder you wish to reload and to reload online on this account.
Another possibility is via a landline phone . But for this, you must have access to a landline phone and know the PIN of the SIM card you want to reload (this PIN is not the same as the PIN code to turn on the handset).
Proceed as follows:
– Buy a reload code (available in all Carrefour stores).
– Call from a landline phone on 0486191988.
– Then enter the Carrefour Mobile phone number you wish to reload. Enter the PIN code and follow the reload instructions (option 2).
