In principle, your call credit remains valid as long as your Carrefour Mobile number remains active.
Your Carrefour Mobile number will be deactivated after a period of inactivity of 6 months (according to our general conditions). That means, after 6 months without making a call, send an SMS or surf. In this case, your SIM card will be permanently deactivated and you will lose your call credit. It is therefore important that you make a call, send an SMS or surf at least once every 6 months so that your call credit and your Carrefour Mobile number remain active.
