Your Carrefour Mobile SIM card is a rechargeable card, so do not wait until your credit is used to reload your card.You can reload your SIM card via in-store reload cards, online via the website, via automatic reloads or via your Carrefour Bonus Card.
– Reload the cards:
Reload cards are available at all Carrefour Hypers, Markets and Express stores. The reload amounts are 4 €, 6 €, 12 €, 24 €, 36 € and 48 €. The reload code is printed at the bottom of the receipt. So do not throw away the receipt!
With this 10-digit reload code, you can reload in different ways:
- via SMS:
Send an SMS with the following content: plus, space and your 10-digit reload code at the bottom of your receipt. For example: plus 0123456789. You must send this message to the free number 1988. You will receive a confirmation SMS. Reload via SMS is always free, even abroad! - by calling:
Call 1988 with your handset (free in Belgium), 0486191988 with your fix number or +32486191988 from abroad (roaming rate applicable).
Then choose option 1 and follow the instructions to reload. - My Account:
Go to www.carrefour.eu/mobile and log in to your personal account. Reload your card with the 10-digit reload code at the bottom of your receipt.
– Reload online via our website:
You can make reloads on the website www.carrefour.eu/mobile, in your personal account ” My account “. You need a debit or credit card for online reloads.
Be sure to allow pop-ups in your browser.
– Automatic refills:
To avoid having to think about reloading your SIM card or to stay without call credit, we also have automatic reloads.
- Automatic reload at fix date: You choose in advance the date on which you want to reload your card. On this date, your SIM card will be automatically reloaded the chosen amount.
- Automatic reload at a certain limit: You choose in advance the minimum amount at which you want your call credit to be reloaded. Once this minimum amount is reached, your card will be automatically reloaded the amount chosen.
- SMS reload: You send an SMS with the chosen amount and your card is immediately reloaded by this amount.
You can define these automatic reloads in your personal account “My account” on www.carrefour.eu/mobile. Of course, you can change it or stop it if you wish.
– Yearly reload “Relaxxx” (12 months x € 5 = € 60):
In all Carrefour stores and on our website, you can buy an yearly “RELAXXX” reload of 48 €. You receive 5 € upon activation of this reload. You will then receive 5 € every 1st day of the month for the next 11 months. This represents a total of 60 € of call credit for which you only pay 48 €.
– Exchange Carrefour Bonus points for call credits:
You can exchange your Bonus points (available on your Carrefour Bonus Card) for Carrefour Mobile call credit. To do this, you must first register for this service in your personal account “My account”. You can find all the information of this service here.
