Masking your mobile number can only be done for calls. When sending an SMS, your mobile number will always remain visible.
– In certain handsets, in the settings section, you have the possibility to mask directly your mobile number when you make a call.
– You can also call our Customer Service at 1989 so that we activate the masking of your mobile number.
If you want to mask your mobile number for one call only, you therefore need to enter #31# before the number you wish to call so that your mobile number is masked. Example: #31#0486123456.
