Refund of remaining call credit

Have you transferred your mobile number to another operator? If so, you may request a refund of your remaining call credit under certain conditions.
We will then transfer this amount back to your bank account. A € 5 fee applies for processing your refund request.

What are the conditions? To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • You must submit your refund request within 31 days after transferring your mobile number.
  • Your remaining call credit must be greater than €5. Smaller amounts cannot be refunded.
  • Free call credit received as part of a promotion is not eligible for refund.
  • The refund can only be made to a Belgian or European bank account number.
  • No refund will be granted in cases of fraudulent use.
