First of all, take a look at your current SIM card. If it is a “Multi-SIM” card, you can simply extract the Micro or Nano format from your existing SIM card.
If you still have an old normal size SIM card, you can order a new SIM card with the same mobile number here. This new SIM card is a “Multi SIM” card containing the normal, Micro and Nano format. You can simply extract the desired format from the SIM card.
This is then sent by post.
When you receive the SIM card, contact us to activate your new SIM card. “
