Carrefour Mobile gives you the possibility to transfer for free your actual phone number from another operator to Carrefour Mobile.
It doesn’t matter if you have a mobile subscription or a prepaid SIM card. If you have a mobile subscription, please check your terms and conditions with your current operator.
How?
Transferring your current phone numbeis very easy:
– If you are already Carrefour Mobile customer, click here in our E-shop to submit your phone number porting request. We will take care to transfer your number from the other operator to your Carrefour Mobile SIM card.
– If you are not yet Carrefour Mobile customer, buy here your SIM card and specify to transfer your phone number. We will send you a SIM card and once you will receive it, we will transfer your number from the other operator to your new Carrefour Mobile SIM card.
You will receive an E-mail as soon as the transfer of your number is completed.
Good to know:
– The transfer of a number can take between 1 and 2 working days. We therefore suggest you during this period to use the remaining credit from your actual SIM card (we can only transfer the phone number, not the credit)
– When you don’t have any network at your current operator, this means the transfer has been completed. Your number is therefore transferred to your Carrefour Mobile SIM card. You can as of then insert your Carrefour Mobile SIM card in your handset
